  2. Fill Form: Enter personal/academic details. Upload photo (80-100KB, white bg), signature (50-100KB), and category certs if applicable.
  3. Select Preferences: Choose UG/PG (or both for ₹5,000 fee). Opt for NLUs.
  4. Pay Fee: Online (net banking/card/UPI). Non-refundable.
