 u can start by reading columns of quality newspapers like The Economist. Try to understand the article. See how the paragraphs are framed. Analyse the links between sentences and paragraphs. Look for the sentence structure. These excercises will prepare u not just for the RCs but for the entire VA part. Practice RC's from sites like www.lofoya.com, tcyonline.com and gplfor4.com.Dont go on solving RCs from the mocks in the beginning. Get a good hold on the language. This will improve ur accuracy in the long run. To practise RCs I prefer Time mocks. U will get a detailed solution for every question.

 For preparation of group discussion follow this easy and most valuable steps:-
1. Read and speak newspaper headlines and story.
2. Record your voice and point out your spelling and voice disturbances.
3.Talk to yourself in front of mirror and save your good talking postures and expressions.
4.Wear formal during group discussion normally outside.

 i think group discussion predict dominant group member in group during discussion. Member has good current affairs knowledge,daily English newspaper reading habit,good communication skill can attract the HR. All you need confidence and confidence. Just stand in Front of mirror and talk to yourself . Point out your facial mistakes during conversation. or you can record and play your voice for your word or sound mistake.
