Can it get any better? Yes! To earn Referral Awards, you need not have purchased any course yourself. In addition, you will also earn Referral Awards even if someone in the chain has not bought a course. For example, in the illustration above, you will earn Referral Awards for User 2.1, User 2.2, User 3.1 and User 3.3 even when User 1.1 has not purchased the product.

THE FINE PRINT

• This Referral Scheme can be stopped or the modalities of its working can be changed after giving a 2 week notice of such changes. All Referral Awards accrued till the effective date of the changes (2 weeks from date of notification) will be paid to the award earners.
• The purchase value used for calculating the awards will be the price paid by the user net of the Service Tax or VAT (if any tax is applicable).
• Referral code once entered by a user, cannot be changed at a later date. For example, let us say that a user registered using a referral code “abcd”. At the time of purchase, we will automatically pick up this referral code and the user cannot change the referral code. The Referral Awards will automatically go to the user “abcd”.
• Only one Referral Code per person will be allowed. We may ask for identity proof of the user before making the awards.
• Payments will be made on a monthly basis by cheque. Any tax, if applicable, will be deducted at source as per government rules.
• We will limit the number of free T-shirts to 3 per person. Referral awards will only be given for genuine users referred. We will use our discretion to decide if the users referred are genuine. [Edited on 8-Oct-2008]
• Referral Awards are not applicable beyond the third level.
• This referral award scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or schemes.
