To ensure that you receive the subscription mails, please take care of the following things:-
- Please make sure that you have added "noreply@testfunda.com" to your contact list.
- Please make sure the e-mail id you have provided for your account is a valid and active e-mail.
- If you do not receive the subscription mails then please check your junk/spam mail folder and mark the newsletters as safe.
- If the mail bounces back from your e-mail ID, we will need to remove you from our subscription list.
To test whether you are receiving e-mails from us, send yourself a test mail. After sending this mail, login to your e-mail account and check if you have received the mail. Add, "noreply@testfunda.com" to your contact list. If the mail is not in your inbox, then it might be in the spam folder. Go there and mark the mail as "not spam".
Some Yahoo and Rediff users have not been receiving emails from us. If you are facing such an issue, consider changing your e-mail id on the My Account page (use a non-Yahoo / non-Rediff account).
